والمنسوب: الحسن بن عبد الأعلى بن إبراهيم بن عبد الله البوسي، الصنعاني، الأنباوي، من أبناء فارس. من شيوخه: عبد الرزاق بن هشام، ومن تلاميذه: الطبراني، وغيره.وينسب إليها جماعة غيره رأيتهم في أخبار اليمن (١). (٤٥٩) النسبة: البوشي، نسبة إلى بُوش: كورة (٢) ومدينة بمصر من نواحي الصعيد الأدنى في غربي النيل بعيدة عن الشاطئ.
