والمنسوب: أبو سعيد بن محمد البكراوي، ويقال: البكراباذي. من شيوخه: يعقوب بن حميد بن كاسب. ومن تلاميذه: الحافظ أبو أحمد بن عدي، وأبو الفتح سهل بن عليّ بن أحمد البكراباذي، الجرجاني، وأبو جعفر كميل بن جعفر بن كميل الفقيه، الجرجاني، البكراباذي، الحنفي، رأس أصحاب أبي حنيفة في زمانه، روى الحديث عن أحمد بن يوسف البحيري وغيره، وتوفي سنة (٣٣٦) (٢).
