والمنسوب: أبو الحسن عليّ بن محمد بن العباس بن أحمد بن عليّ البشبقي، التعاويذي، كان شيخا مسنّا، تفقه في شبابه، وكان يكتب التعاويذ. من شيوخه: أبو القاسم محمود بن محمد بن أحمد التميمي، وأبو عبد الله محمد بن الفضل بن جعفر الخرقي، وأبو الفضل محمد بن أحمد بن أبي الحسن العارف النّوقاني. قال أبو سعد: كتبت عنه، وكانت ولادته سنة (٤٥٣) بقرية بشبق، وتوفي بها يوم الأحد ثاني عشر شوّال سنة (٥٤٤) (١).
