والمنسوب: أبو الغنائم أسعد بن أحمد بن يوسف البامنجي، الخطيب، سمع منه أبو سعد. مات في صفر سنة (٥٤٨). وأبو نصر إلياس بن أحمد بن محمود الصوفي (٤)، البامنجي، سمع منه أبو سعد أيضا. مات سنة (٥٤٢) وكان مولده سنة (٤٦٠) أو قريبا منها (٥).
