والمنسوب: الفقيه عبد العزيز الأوبهي، مات سنة (٤٢٨) وأبو منصور الأوبهي مات سنة (٤٠٣). وأبو عطاء إسماعيل بن محمد بن أحمد الهروي، الأوبهي. ولد بأوبه. من شيوخه: البرودي، والسيد الأشرف والقاضي فخر تفقّه عليهم فيما وراء النهر، وغيرهم.من تلاميذه: أبو الحسن بشرى، وذكر أنه سمع منه بفيد، وعبدالمجيد بن إسماعيل بن محمد أبو سعد القيسي، الهروي، الحنفي، قاضي بلاد الروم، وأخذ عنه جماعة أئمة، وله مصنفات في الفروع والأصول، وخطب ورسائل، وأشعار وروايات، ودرّس العلم ببغداد، والبصرة، وهمذان، وبلاد الروم، ومات بقيسارية في رجب سنة (٥٣٧) (١).
