والمنسوب: أبو يعقوب يوسف بن أحمد بن علي اللّؤلؤي، النّخذي، كان من أهل العلم والفضل، تفقه ببخارى. من شيوخه: أبو عبد الله محمد بن أحمد بن عبد الله البرقي ببخارى، والسيد أبو بكر محمد بن علي بن حيدر الجعفري، وأبو حفص عمر بن منصور بن جنب البزّاز، وأبو محمد عبد الملك بن عبد الرحمن بن الحسين الأسبيري، والشريف أبو الحسن علي بن محمد التميمي، أجاز لأبي سعد. مات بأندخوذ بعد سنة (٥٣٣) بيسير (١).
