والمنسوب: أبو العباس أحمد بن القاسم المقري، الأقليشي. وأبو العباس أحمد بن معروف بن عيسى بن وكيل التّجيبي الأقليشي، الأندلسي، كان من أهل المعرفة باللغات والأنحاء، والعلوم الشرعية، ومن جملة أسانيده أبومحمد بن السّيّد البطليوسي، وأبو الحسن بن سبيطة الداني، وأبو محمد القلني، وله شعر، قدم الإسكندرية سنة (٥٤٦) وقرأ على السلفي كثيرا، وتوجه إلى الحجاز، وتوفي بمكة. وعبد الله بن يحيى التّجيبي الأقليشي أبو محمد يعرف بابن الوحشي، أخذ بطليطلة من المقامي المقري القراءة، وسمع بها الحديث، وله كتاب حسن في شرح الشهاب، واختصر كتاب مشكل القرآن لابن فورك وغير ذلك، وتولى أحكام بلده في آخر عمره، وتوفي سنة (٥٠٢) (١).
