والمنسوب: أبو الحسن عليّ بن إسماعيل بن أسد الربعي الأبياري. من شيوخه: محمد بن علي بن يحيى الدّقّاق، حدث عنه أبو طاهر أحمد بن محمد السلفي بالاجازة، توفي سنة (٥١٨). وأبو الحسن عليّ بن إسماعيل بن عليّ بن حسن بن عطيّة التّلكاني، ثم الأبياري، فقيه المالكية بالاسكندرية. من شيوخه: أبو طاهر بن عوف وأبو القاسم مخلوف بن عليّ، ومولده تقريبا سنة (٥٥٧) (٣).
