Anas b.Malik said :

When the prophet (ﷺ) drank, he used to breathe three times in the course of a drink and say : It is more wholesome, thirst-quenching and healthier.

حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ، عَنْ أَبِي عِصَامٍ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ إِذَا شَرِبَ تَنَفَّسَ ثَلاَثًا وَقَالَ ‏

‏ هُوَ أَهْنَأُ وَأَمْرَأُ وَأَبْرَأُ ‏
