هُوَ أَهْنَأُ وَأَمْرَأُ وَأَبْرَأُ
English translation
Anas b.Malik said :
When the prophet (ﷺ) drank, he used to breathe three times in the course of a drink and say : It is more wholesome, thirst-quenching and healthier.
