الْعَائِدُ فِي هِبَتِهِ كَالْعَائِدِ فِي قَيْئِهِ
. قَالَ هَمَّامٌ وَقَالَ قَتَادَةُ وَلاَ نَعْلَمُ الْقَىْءَ إِلاَّ حَرَامًا .
English translation
Narrated Ibn 'Abbas:
The Prophet (ﷺ) as saying: One who seeks to take back a gift like the one who returns to it vomit. Hammam said: "And Qatadah said: We regard vomiting as unlawful."
