إِذَا قُسِّمَتِ الأَرْضُ وَحُدَّتْ فَلاَ شُفْعَةَ فِيهَا

English translation
Narrated AbuHurayrah:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: When land has been divided and boundaries have been set up, there is no right of pre-emption in it.
