قِتَالُ الْمُسْلِمِ أَخَاهُ كُفْرٌ وَسِبَابُهُ فُسُوقٌ
. وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ سَعْدٍ وَعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُغَفَّلٍ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ . وَقَدْ رُوِيَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ مِنْ غَيْرِ وَجْهٍ .
English translation
Narrated Ibn Mas'ud:
that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "A Muslim's fighting his brother is disbelief, and verbally abusing him is disobedience."
