خَمْسٌ مَنْ قَتَلَهُنَّ وَهُوَ حَرَامٌ فَلاَ جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِ فِيهِنَّ الْعَقْرَبُ وَالْفَارَةُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ وَالْغُرَابُ وَالْحُدَيَّا
. وَاللَّفْظُ لِيَحْيَى بْنِ يَحْيَى .
English translation
'Abdullah b. Umar (Allah be pleased with them) reported Allah's Messen- ger (ﷺ) as saying:
Five (are the animals) which, it one kills them In the state of Ihram, entail no sin for one (who does it): scorpion, rat, voracious dog, crow and kite.
