عَنْ عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا [1] قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ مِنْ قُتِلَ دُونَ مَالِهِ فَهُوَ شَهِيدٌ } رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ, وَالنَّسَائِيُّ, وَاَلتِّرْمِذِيُّ وَصَحَّحَهُ [2] .
English translation
'Abdullah bin 'Umar narrated that The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
“He who is killed while defending his property is considered a martyr.” Related by Abu Dawud An-Nasa’i and At-Tirmidhi who graded it as Sahih.
