Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
I heard Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) saying "The best assemblies are those in which people make room for one another." <b>[Abu Dawud]</b>.
وعن أبى سعيد الخدرى رضى الله عنه قال: سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول:
خير المجالس أوسعها
. ((رواه أبو داود بإسناد صحيح على شرط البخاري.))

<b>Guidance from the Hadith:</b><br>
1) Wide gatherings are the best of gatherings, since they give a sense of relief and spaciousness.<br>
2) Attendees should prevent anything that restricts the space of the gathering, lest it may lose its benefit. This is particularly so if it is a gathering of knowledge.
