Riyad as-Salihin, 825
Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "If someone leaves his seat (for one reason or another) and returns to it, he is better entitled to it." <b>[Muslim]</b>.
وعن أبى هريرة رضى الله عنه أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال:
إذا قام أحدكم من مجلس، ثم رجع إليه، فهو أحق به
. ((رواه مسلم)).

1) If a person leaves his seat in a gathering for some need and then returns to it, he is more entitled to it than others.<br>
