Hadith text · Matn
لأَنْ يَمْنَحَ أَحَدُكُمْ أَخَاهُ أَرْضَهُ خَيْرٌ لَهُ مِنْ أَنْ يَأْخُذَ عَلَيْهَا كَذَا وَكَذَا
. لِشَىْءٍ مَعْلُومٍ . وَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ هُوَ الْحَقْلُ وَهُوَ بِلِسَانِ الأَنْصَارِ الْمُحَاقَلَةُ .
English translation
It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
“If one of you were to lend his brother his land, it would be better for him than taking such and such rent for it.”
