‏ كِيلُوا طَعَامَكُمْ يُبَارَكْ لَكُمْ فِيهِ ‏

‏ ‏.‏

English translation

It was narrated from Abu Ayyub that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:

"Measure your food, may you be blessed therein."
