إِنَّمَا الْيَمِينُ عَلَى نِيَّةِ الْمُسْتَحْلِفِ

English translation
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
"The oath is only according to the intention of the one who requests the oath to be taken."'
