تَجَوَّزْتُ لَكُمْ عَنْ صَدَقَةِ الْخَيْلِ وَالرَّقِيقِ

English translation
Ali narrated that:
the Messenger of Allah said: “I have exempted you from having to pay Sadaqah on horses and slaves.”
