'A'isha observed that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to observe prayer in the night and the last of his (night) prayer was Witr.

I never saw the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) fasting in the ten days of Dhu'I-Hijja.

'A'isha (Allah be pleased with her) reported that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) married her when she was six years old, and he (the Prophet) took her to his house when she was nine, and when he (the Prophet) died she was eighteen years old

Allah's Messeinger (ﷺ) gave us the option (to get divorce), but me made a choice of him and he did not count anything (as divorce) in regard to us.

"The Messenger of Allah used to fast (all of) Shaban except a little."

“The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to sleep during the first part of the night and stay awake during the latter part.”
