Hadith text · Matn

‏ إِذَا دَخَلَ أَحَدُكُمُ الْمَسْجِدَ فَلْيُصَلِّ رَكْعَتَيْنِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَجْلِسَ ‏

‏ ‏.‏

English translation

It was narrated from Abu Qatadah that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:

“When one of you enters the mosque, let him perform two Rak’ah before he sits down.”
