  • ١٠٢٢ - مصعب بن سعد بن أبي وقاص (¬١): قال أبو زرعة: لم يسمع من علي، وقال أبو حاتم: لم يسمع من معاذ بن جبل (¬٢). قلت: وروى عن عكرمة بن أبي جهل، روايته عنه عند الترمذي (¬٣)، وقال أبو حاتم: لا أظنه سمع منه. انتهى. قال المُراجع: مصعب بن سعد ثقة كثير الحديث ولم يعرف بالتدليس وقد توفي في ١٠٣ هـ (تقريب التهذيب رقم ٦٦٨٨) وعليه فإدراكه محتمل لعلي ﵁ المتوفي في ٤٠ هـ (تقريب التهذيب رقم ٤٧٥٣) فقد أدرك حين شقق عثمان المصاحف (خلق أفعال العباد: صفحة ٨٦) وعثمان توفي في ٣٥ هـ (تقريب التهذيب رقم ٤٥٠٣) وأخرج الطبري بسند صحيح في تفسيره (٧/ ١٦٩) وقال: حدثنا أبو كريب، قال: ثنا ابن إدريس قال: ثنا إسماعيل عن مصعب بن سعد قال: قال علي ﵁ "كلمات أصاب فيهن حق على الإمام أن يحكم بما أنزل الله، وأن يؤدي الأمانة، وإذا فعل ذلك فحق على الناس أن يسمعوا وأن يطيعوا وأن يجيبوا إذا دعوا"، حدثنا أبو كريب قال: ثنا جابر بن نوح قال: ثنا إسماعيل عن مصعب بن سعد عن علي بنحوه". وقد صرح مصعب بالسماع من علي فيما رواه ابن حجر في اتحاف المهرة (١١/ ٦٢٧ رقم١٤٧٦٢) "ثنا عبدة بن عبد الله، ثنا محمد؛ يعني: ابن بشر، عن إسماعيل، هو ابن أبي خالد، عن مصعب بن سعد، سمعت عليا على المنبر، بهذا قوله".
