يَرِثُ الْوَلاَءَ مَنْ يَرِثُ الْمَالَ
. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ لَيْسَ إِسْنَادُهُ بِالْقَوِيِّ .
English translation
Amr bin Shu'aib narrated from his father, from his grandfather, that the Messenger of Allah(ﷺ) said:
"The one who inherits the Wala is the one who inherits the wealth."
