خَمْسٌ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ لاَ جُنَاحَ عَلَى مَنْ قَتَلَهُنَّ - أَوْ فِي قَتْلِهِنَّ - وَهُوَ حَرَامٌ الْحِدَأَةُ وَالْفَأْرَةُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ وَالْعَقْرَبُ وَالْغُرَابُ
.
English translation
It was narrated from Ibn Umar that:
the Prophet (ﷺ) said "There are five kinds of animals for which there is no sin on the one who kills them when he is in a state of Ihram: Kites, mice, vicious dogs, scorpions and crows."
