عاصِم بن خَلِيفَة (٠٠٠ - نحو ٣٠ هـ = ٠٠٠ - نحو ٦٥٠ م) عاصم بن خليفة بن معقل الضبي: فارس، اشتهر في الجاهلية بقتله بسطام بن قيس الشيبانيّ. أدرك الإسلام، ولم ير النبي ﷺ وسكن البصرة. وكان شاعرا، من المخضرمين (٣) .
