٣٠٣٨ - علي بن عثمان. ويقال: علي الأرقط. * قال الآجُريُّ: سألت أبا دواد عن علي بن عثمان؟ فقال: ثقةٌ، حَدَّثَ عنه سُفيان ومِسْعَر. يقال له: علي الأرقط. وحَدَّث عنه شعبة. فقال: حدثنا عتيق، أو ابن عتيق. "سؤالاته" ٣/ ٣٤٦.
