٨٣١٤ - الهيثم بن قيس، حدث عنه قرة بن حبيب: في المسح، لم يصح حديثه، انتهى. ذكره العقيلي في "الضعفاء" فقال: لا يصح حديثه، ثم ساق من رواية قرة بن حبيب: حدثنا الهيثم بن قيس العَيْشي (¬١)، حدثنا عبد الله بن مسلم بن يسار، عن أبيه، عن جده في المسح "ثلاثة للمسافر، ويوم وليلة للمقيم".
