٩٧ - يوسف بن إسحاق الفقيه أبو الحسن الملقى. عرف بذلك لأنه كان يلقى الدرس عن ابن أبى هريرة على أصحابه كأنه معيده، مات سنة أربع وتسعين وثلثمائة. قال الحاكم: درس عندنا سنين وتفقه عليه جماعة وسمع أبا نعيم الإستراباذى وأقرانه.
