٦١٦١ الشيخ الفاضل أبو الهيثم. ذكره في "المبسوط"، قال ابتعت كاذيا من السفن، فحمّلت خوابي منها حمالا، فانكسرت الخابية. فخاصمته إلى شريح، فقال الحمال: زحمني الناس في السوق، فانكسرت. فقال شريح: إنما استأجرك لتبلغها أهله، فضمنه إياها.
