وَعَنِ اِبْنِ عُمَرَ -رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا- قَالَ: { نَهَى رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -عَنْ بَيْعِ اَلثِّمَارِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُهَا, نَهَى اَلْبَائِعَ وَالْمُبْتَاعَ } مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ 1 .
Narrated Ibn 'Umar (RA): Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) forbade the sale of fruits till they appear to ripe, forbidding it both to the seller and to the buyer. [Agreed upon].
