[١١٤] مُحمَّدُ بنُ جعفرِ بنِ الزُّبيرِ بنِ العوَّامِ القُرَشيُّ، مَدينيٌّ (¬٥) (¬٦). سَمِعَ عُروةَ. قالَ: وقالَ (¬٧) لي زُهيرٌ (¬٨): عنْ يَعقوبَ بنِ إبراهيمَ، عنْ أَبيهِ، عنِ ابنِ إسْحاقَ، وكانَ فَقيهًا مُسلمًا. حدَّثنا (¬٩) عبدُ اللَّهِ بنُ صالحٍ (¬١٠) قالَ: حدَّثني الليثُ، عنْ عمرِو بنِ الحارِثِ، …▸ expand full passage (3,144 chars)[١١٤] مُحمَّدُ بنُ جعفرِ بنِ الزُّبيرِ بنِ العوَّامِ القُرَشيُّ، مَدينيٌّ (¬٥) (¬٦). سَمِعَ عُروةَ. قالَ: وقالَ (¬٧) لي زُهيرٌ (¬٨): عنْ يَعقوبَ بنِ إبراهيمَ، عنْ أَبيهِ، عنِ ابنِ إسْحاقَ، وكانَ فَقيهًا مُسلمًا. حدَّثنا (¬٩) عبدُ اللَّهِ بنُ صالحٍ (¬١٠) قالَ: حدَّثني الليثُ، عنْ عمرِو بنِ الحارِثِ، عنْ عَبدِ الرَّحمنِ بنِ القاسمِ، عنْ (¬١١) مُحمدِ بنِ جَعفرِ بنِ الزُّبيرِ،عنْ عبادِ بنِ عبدِ اللَّهِ بنِ الزُّبيرِ، عنْ عائشةَ: أَتَى رَجُلٌ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فِي مَسْجِدٍ (¬١)، فَقَالَ (¬٢): احْتَرَقْتُ (¬٣)، وَقَعْتُ بِامْرَأَتِي (¬٤) فِي رَمَضَانَ؟ قَالَ: "تَصَدَّقْ"، قَالَ: مَا عِنْدِي شَيْءٌ، فَأَتَاهُ (¬٥) إِنْسَانٌ بِطَعَامٍ -قَالَ (¬٦) عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ: مَا أَدْرِي مَا هُوَ- قَالَ: "تَصَدَّقْ (¬٧) بِهِ"، قَالَ: عَلَى أَحْوَجَ مِنِّي؟ مَا لِأَهْلِي طَعَامٌ، قَالَ: "فَكُلُوهُ". حدَّثَني (¬٨) الأُوَيسيُّ قالَ: حدَّثَني (¬٩) ابنُ أَبي الزِّنادِ، عنْ عَبدِ الرَّحمنِ بنِ الحارثِ، عنْ مُحمدِ بنِ جَعفرٍ، عنْ عبادٍ، عنْ عائِشةَ: كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ جَالِسًا (¬١٠) فِي ظِلِّ فَارِعٍ، فَجَاءَهُ رَجُلٌ مِنْ بَنِي بَيَاضَةَ، فَقَالَ: احْتَرَقْتُ (¬١١)، وَقَعْتُ بِامْرَأَتِي (¬١٢) فِي رَمَضَانَ، قَالَ: "أَعْتِقْ رَقَبَةً"، قَالَ: لَا أَجِدُ، قَالَ (¬١٣): "أَطْعِمْ سِتِّينَمِسْكِينًا (¬١) "، قَالَ: لَيْسَ عِنْدِي، فَأُتِيَ النَّبِيُّ (¬٢) ﷺ بِعَرَقٍ مِنْ تَمْرٍ، فِيهِ عِشْرُونَ صَاعًا، قَالَ "تَصَدَّقْ"، قَالَ: مَا نَجِدُ عَشَاءَ لَيْلَةٍ، قَالَ: "فَعُدْ بِهِ عَلَى أَهْلِكَ". حدَّثنا (¬٣) عليُّ بنُ عبدِ اللَّهِ قالَ (¬٤): حدَّثنا عبدُ الوهَّابِ قالَ: سمِعتُ يَحيَى قالَ: أخبرَني عبدُ الرحمنِ، أنَّ محُمدًا أخبرَه، أنَّ عَبَّادًا حدَّثَه، سمِعَ عَائشةَ: قَالَ رَجُلٌ: احْتَرَقْتُ (¬٥)، أَفْطَرْتُ فِي رَمَضَانَ، فَأُتِيَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ بِمِكْتَلٍ فِيهِ تَمْرٌ، فَقَالَ: "تَصَدَّقْ بِهِ". حدَّثنا (¬٦) عبدُ اللَّهِ (¬٧) قالَ: حدَّثني اللَّيثُ قالَ: حدَّثَني يَحيَى، عنْ عَبدِ الرَّحْمنِ، عنْ مُحمّدٍ، عنْ عبّادٍ قالَ: عنْ عائِشةَ، حسبتُ أنَّ رجُلًا قالَ للنبيِّ ﷺ: احْتَرَقْتُ (¬٨)، وَطِئْتُ امْرَأَتِي فِي رَمَضَانَ نَهَارًا؟ قَالَ: "تَصَدَّقْ، تَصَدَّقْ (¬٩) "، قَالَ: مَا عِنْدِي شَيْءٌ، فَأَمَرَهُ أَنْ يَمْكُثَ، فَجَاءَهُ عَرَقٌ فِيهِ طَعَامٌ، فَأَمَرَهُ أَنْ يَتَصَدَّقَ بِهِ. وقالَ يَزيدُ: أَخبرَنا يَحيَى -ولمْ يشُكَّ- وقالَ: أَصَبْتُ أَهْلِي (¬١٠) فِي رَمَضَانَ؟فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: "تَصَدَّقْ". وقالَ أَبو بَكرِ بنُ أَبي أُويسٍ: عنْ سُليمانَ، قالَ يَحيَى بنُ سَعيدٍ: وأَخبرَني ابنُ شِهابٍ، عنْ حُميدِ بنِ عبدِ الرَّحمنِ، أنَّ أبا هُريْرةَ أخبرَهُ؛ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ أَمَرَ رَجُلًا أَفْطَرَ فِي رَمَضَانَ بِعِتْقِ رَقَبَةٍ، أَوْ صِيَامِ شَهْرَيْنِ، أَوْ إِطْعَامِ سِتِّينَ (¬١)، قَالَ: مَا أَجِدُهُ (¬٢)، فَأُتِيَ بِعَرَقِ تَمْرٍ، فَقَالَ: "تَصَدَّقْ (¬٣) "، قَالَ: أَحَدٌ (¬٤) أَحْوَجُ إِلَيْهِ مِنِّي! فَضَحِكَ حَتَّى بَدَتْ أَنْيَابُهُ ﷺ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: "كُلْهُ". قالَ أَبو عَبدِ اللَّهِ (¬٥): وتابعَهُ مالكٌ. وقالَ مَعمرٌ، ويُونسُ، وشُعيبٌ (¬٦)، وإبراهيمُ بنُ سعدٍ، وابنُ عُيَينةَ، وابنُ أَبِي عَتِيقٍ، والأَوزاعيُّ، وليثٌ: وَقَعْتُ بِأَهْلِي، وقَالوا (¬٧): هَلْ تَجِدُ رَقَبَةً؟ قَالَ: لَا. ثمَّ تابعَهمْ (¬٨) حمّادُ بنُ مَسْعَدةَ، عنْ (¬٩) مالكٍ. وحَديثُ هَؤلاءِ أَبينُ (¬١٠).وقالَ مَعمرٌ، ويُونسُ، ومَنصورٌ، وابنُ عُيَينةَ: أَطْعِمْهُ أَهْلَكَ. وقالَ هِشامُ بنُ سعدٍ: عنِ الزُّهريِّ، عنْ أَبي سَلمةَ. ولمْ يصحَّ: أَبو سَلمةَ.
