تَكُونُ فِتْنَةٌ تَسْتَنْظِفُ الْعَرَبَ قَتْلاَهَا فِي النَّارِ اللِّسَانُ فِيهَا أَشَدُّ مِنَ السَّيْفِ
. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ . سَمِعْتُ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ إِسْمَاعِيلَ يَقُولُ لاَ يُعْرَفُ لِزِيَادِ بْنِ سِيمِينَ كُوشْ غَيْرُ هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ رَوَاهُ حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ لَيْثٍ فَرَفَعَهُ وَرَوَاهُ حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ لَيْثٍ فَوَقَفَهُ .
English translation
'Abdullah bin 'Amr narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
"There shall be a Fitnah of extermination of the 'Arabs. Its fighters are in the Fire. During it, the tongue is stronger then the sword."
