أَهْرِقِ الْخَمْرَ وَاكْسِرِ الدِّنَانَ
. قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ وَعَائِشَةَ وَأَبِي سَعِيدٍ وَابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ وَابْنِ عُمَرَ وَأَنَسٍ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ رَوَى الثَّوْرِيُّ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ عَنِ السُّدِّيِّ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ عَبَّادٍ عَنْ أَنَسٍ أَنَّ أَبَا طَلْحَةَ كَانَ عِنْدَهُ . وَهَذَا أَصَحُّ مِنْ حَدِيثِ اللَّيْثِ .
English translation
Narrated Anas:
From Abu Talhah that he said: "O Prophet (ﷺ) of Allah! I had purchased some wine for the orphans under my care. He said: 'Spill out the wine, and break the jugs.'" [He said:] There are narrations on this topic from Jabir, 'Aishah, Abu Sa'eed, Ibn Mas'ud, Ibn 'Umar, and Anas. [Abu 'Eisa said:] The Hadith of Abu Talhah, Ath-Thawri reported this Hadith from As-Suddi, from Yahya bin 'Abbad, from Anas: "That Abu Talhah was with him" and this is more correct than the narration of Al-laith (no. 1293).
