إِذَا رَأَيْتُمُ الْجَنَازَةَ فَقُومُوا لَهَا حَتَّى تُخَلِّفَكُمْ أَوْ تُوضَعَ
. قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ وَجَابِرٍ وَسَهْلِ بْنِ حُنَيْفٍ وَقَيْسِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ وَأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ عَامِرِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ .
English translation
Amir bin Rabi'ah narrated that:
The Messenger of Allah said: "Whenever you see a funeral (procession), stand up until it goes ahead of you or it is put down."
