Malik related to me from Zayd ibn Aslam from Amr ibn Muadh al- Ashali al-Ansari that his grandmother said, "The Messenger of Allah, (ﷺ), said, 'O trusting women! Let none of you despise giving to her neighbour even if it is only a roasted sheep's trotter.'

وَحَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُعَاذٍ الأَشْهَلِيِّ الأَنْصَارِيِّ، عَنْ جَدَّتِهِ، أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏

‏ يَا نِسَاءَ الْمُؤْمِنَاتِ لاَ تَحْقِرَنَّ إِحْدَاكُنَّ أَنْ تُهْدِيَ لِجَارَتِهَا وَلَوْ كُرَاعَ شَاةٍ مُحْرَقًا ‏
