‘Umar bin ‘Ata’ bin Abil-Khuwar narrated that he heard Ibn 'Abbas say:

Whilst the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) was eating a bone with some meat on it, the mu'adhdhin came to him, so he put it down and got up to pray, and he did not do wadoo’.
