It was narrated that Ibn ‘Abbas (رضي الله عنه) said:

I stayed overnight with my maternal aunt Maimoonah. The Prophet (ﷺ) got up at night and did wudoo’. Then I got up and did wudoo’. Then he stood and prayed and I stood behind him - or on his left - and he brought me round and made me stand on his right.
