It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas:

"You (true believers in Islamic Monotheism, and real followers of Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) and his Sunnah) are the best of peoples ever raised up for mankind" (Al 'Imran 3:110), he said: "They are those who migrated with the Prophet (ﷺ) from Makkah to Madinah.
