It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنه) that a Bedouin came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and spoke eloquently and the Prophet (ﷺ) said:

“In eloquence there is (an impact like that of) magic and in some poetry there is wisdom."
