It was narrated from Ibn ‘Abbas (رضي الله عنه) that

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to teach them this supplication as he would teach them a soorah of the Qur'an. He would say: "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the torment of Hell, and I seek refuge in You from the torment of the grave, and I seek refuge in You from the turmoil of the Dajjal, and I seek refuge in You from the trials of life and death.”
