It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنه) - I [the narrator] think he attributed it to the Prophet (ﷺ) - he said:

When he raised his head from bowing, he said: "Allah hears the one who praises Him, O Allah our Lord, to You be praise filling the heaven, filling the earth and filling whatever else You will.”
