It was narrated that Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنه) said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) met Ma’iz bin Malik, and said:

"Is it true what I have heard about you?" He said: What have you heard about me? He said: I have heard that you committed an immoral action with the slave woman of the family of So and so." He said: Yes. He sent him back until he had testified four times, then he ordered that he be stoned.
