It was narrated from "Abdur-Rahman bin Abi Bakr that he said:
We were one hundred and thirty men with the Prophet (ﷺ), and the Prophet (ﷺ) said: “Does anyone among you have any food?" One man had a sa" of foodstuff or the like, so he made some dough. Then a man, a tall mushrik with dishevelled hair. came along with some sheep that he was driving. The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Will you sell one or give it as a gift?" He said: No, I will sell it. So he bought a sheep from him and it was slaughtered and prepared. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) ordered that its liver be grilled. By Allah, there was no one among those one hundred and thirty who was not given his share of that liver by the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ); if the man was present, he gave it to him, and if he was absent he set it aside for him. And he set out two large bowls from which we all atc our fill, and there was some left over, which I loaded onto a camel.
