It was narrated from Mu"adh bin "Abdur-Rahman bin ‘Uthman at-Taimi that his father said:

We were with Talhah bin "Ubaidullah and we were in ihram. A bird was given to him as a gift when Talhah was sleeping. Some of us ate and some of us refrained. When Talhah woke up, he approved of those who had eaten and said: “We ate it with the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ)”.
