It was established that no maintenance is due (to a woman who was divorced with three pronouncements) in the Hadith of Fatimah (RA) daughter of Qais, which has preceded. [Reported by Muslim].

وَثَبَتَ نَفْيُ اَلنَّفَقَةِ فِي حَدِيثِ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ قَيْسٍ كَمَا تَقَدَّمَ.‏ رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ [1]‏ .‏
