Narrated Jabir (RA):

Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: "A man must not spend the night in the house of woman unless he is her husband or a Mahram." [Reported by Muslim].

وَعَنْ جَابِرٍ ‏- رضى الله عنه ‏- قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ ‏- صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏-{ لَا يَبِيتَنَّ رَجُلٌ عِنْدَ اِمْرَأَةٍ, إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ نَاكِحًا, أَوْ ذَا مَحْرَمٍ.‏ } أَخْرَجَهُ مُسْلِمٌ [1]‏ .‏
