Narrated Sa'id bin al-Musaiyab this Hadith also:

'Umar (RA) gave a decree regarding a husband who is impotent that he must be given delay for one year. [Its narrators are reliable].

وَمِنْ طَرِيقِ سَعِيدِ بْنِ اَلْمُسَيَّبِ أَيْضًا قَالَ : { قَضَى [بِهِ] عُمَرُ فِي اَلْعِنِّينِ , أَنْ يُؤَجَّلَ سَنَةً، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ [1]‏ } .‏
