Narrated Sa'id bin Zaid (RA):

The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "If anyone makes a barren land productive, then it belongs to him." [Reported by ath-Thalatha. at-Tirmidhi graded it Hasan (good)].

وَعَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ ‏- رضى الله عنه ‏- عَنْ اَلنَّبِيِّ ‏- صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏-قَالَ: { مَنْ أَحْيَا أَرْضاً مَيْتَةً فَهِيَ لَهُ } رَوَاهُ اَلثَّلَاثَةُ, وَحَسَّنَهُ اَلتِّرْمِذِيُّ.‏
