وَفِي لَفْظٍ لِأَحْمَدَ : { فَأَقِمْ صُلْبَكَ حَتَّى تَرْجِعَ اَلْعِظَامُ } [1]
English translation
And Ahmad has:
"Keep your back straight till the bones return (to their positions)."
